The staff were very accommodating with any of my requests.
Upon arrival, I struggled to find the reception as there were no clear signs directing me. The room felt quite outdated, and after one night, I found myself with bed bites, hinting at a cleanliness issue that shouldn't be overlooked.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to iconic sights, and the staff were kind, especially Joy, who provided all the assistance I needed with directions and local tips. My room was clean, comfortable, and had an air conditioning unit that worked wonderfully.
Limited dining options.

The hotel was centrally located for easy access to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. The Hop on Hop Off bus stop near by. The Hotel staff were excellent in assisting international guests. I would stay there again.
The hotel was located on the 4th Floor & at first difficult to find. Once found, it was easy access to all locations. The room was small but just adequate. Tea & Coffee in Rooms would of been great.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good enough - coffee very good. Location was very good for getting around the city. We felt safe walking at night and found good nearby restaurants for reasonable amounts.
It was sometimes problematic to get into the hotel with their intercom system.

Charming stay in a bustling city
Staff were friendly and eager to help, providing great recommendations for nearby cafes and attractions. The location offers easy access to major sights which is a huge plus.
The room felt a bit cramped, and the air conditioning struggled on warmer nights. It took a while to get used to it. Some basic amenities were missing that could enhance comfort.

Philipo (the day manager) was very helpful. He suggested sites for us to see and helped us with which buses to take and where to catch them. All of his suggestions were awesome! He was also a tremendous help in getting us tickets for the Vatican. There was a reasonable restaurant at the entrance to the hotel which was nice when we wanted a quick snack during the day. Very convienent.

Property was cute little and recently renovated, I greatly enjoyed the stay.
I asked for queen room and it was air conditioned on the extra pillow. I had central heating, multi-channel television and a study table. Location: the hotel was right by somewhere to stay that was close to tourist attractions, Piazza del Popolo, and Termini train station. The atmosphere created was quiet.

stroll to famous landmarks and relax in beautiful parks nearby
Staying here was fantastic because I was just a short walk away from iconic spots like the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, not to mention the fine Borghese Park right around the corner where I spent my afternoons strolling through the gardens. It made my weekend exploration enjoyable and convenient!

The location of the hotel near Via Veneto, Spain Square, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Colloseum among other Rome attractions. Morning coffee is very good.
The room is tiny. For one person, it does not exceed 10 sq meters. The bed is a back breaker with a materass sitting on a hard board. Although, the booking said that the reservation can be cancelled without penalty; the reception officer at the hotel contested that. Internet is Euro 5 per hour and not 3 as advertised with the booking. The hotel is located in the fourth floor of a building and is hard to locate from outside.

Very clean rooms and very comfortable beds.Breakfast was ok.Staff at reception were very helpful and polite.
Though in a very good location, hotel sits on top of a hill...so.going back can be rather tiring... but there are always taxis if you are very tired!

It was just a suitable option for a brief stopover in Rome with decent value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful despite the circumstances, made the stay more pleasant. Try checking in early to avoid delays and ensure a smoother experience.

I liked the fresh espresso, cappuccino in the breakfast, the room and the 32" lcd tv.
The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport to the hotel but the driver never showed up in the airport. After waiting 40 minutes in the aiport and giving many calls to the hotel, because nobody informed us that the taxi would not come, they told us that the car would not come because the roads were closed. When we called them to ask where our taxi is, they didn't have any idea and after many calls and much time they told that it would be better for us to find a taxi in the airport.

Hotel felt safe and staff was very helpful. It was very close to places I needed to be, as well as between metro stops.
Wireless Internet seemed costly (5 £per hour), but very slow connection that dropped often. It may have been better in the lobby. No CNN or BBC on television. Breakfast better if had eithher more cereals (only cornflakes) or yogurt or meats or cheeses. Very basic, but great service.
